LC TRANSITION PLAYBOOK

This playbook contains various plays for you to transition out of the Legion as smoothly as possible. Every life transition has challenges, and this one is a greater change than most, so we want to offer you resources many of us wished we had when we made this transition. Some human resources that are available to help you along this path are your superior, a representative from the Territory of North America, an executive coach and a network of former Legionaries. If you choose to ask, these men will accompany you and support you on an ongoing basis. This playbook is like a toolbox of resources. It contains many useful tools, and you can use it yourself or you can ask others for advice if and when you want to. It is intended mainly for men who transition out after novitiate, but novices will also receive much insight from reading it.
